U13-U14 Boys & Girls

  • Mondays, 6/1-7/27 (off 6/29), 7:30-8:30pm
  • Tuesdays, 6/2-7/28 (off 6/30), 7:00-8:00pm
  • Wednesdays, 6/3-7/29 (off 7/1), 7:30-8:30pm

U15-U18 Boys & Girls

  • Mondays, 6/1-7/27 (off 6/29), 7:30-8:30pm
  • Wednesdays, 6/3-7/29 (off 7/1), 7:30-8:30pm
  • Thursdays, 6/4-7/30 (off 7/2), 7:00-8:00pm

Program Overview

Offered in partnership with CoreFit Fitness Studio, these eight-week programs offer high-level physical training to players who are motivated to enhance their game.


Led by CoreFit's qualified, experience professionals, the training focuses on developing strength, mobility, conditioning, injury prevention, and speed & agility.
