Travel Program Features
Zone 1 (U8-U12)
- Staff- Three Directors (Technical, Boys, and Girls) oversee Zone 1 teams, providing curriculum development, technical and administrative support, coaching staff evaluation and development, and game model implementation. - We assign each Zone 1 team a professional Head Coach, who is responsible for running every training session, coaching every game, and managing the team throughout the year. - Additional staff include Zone 1 Supplemental Trainers and Goalkeeper Trainers. 
- Training- All U11-U12 Pre-ECNL (top) teams train three times per week throughout the fall and spring seasons. - All other Zone 1 teams train twice per week throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons, excluding a break from Thanksgiving until the beginning of January. - All U11-U12 Gold and White team players and all U9-U10 players have the opportunity to attend Zone 1 Supplemental Training once per week (on non-team-training nights) for 8 weeks in the fall and 8 weeks in the spring. This additional, optional training focuses on individual technical and physical development. 
- Competition- All Zone 1 teams participate in fall, winter, and spring leagues, as well as five tournaments/cups throughout the year. - League play consists of Pre-ECNL, APL Acela, EDP, or CLS, depending on the level of the team. Tournaments include top local and regional events, again dependent on the team's ability. 
- Other Programming- All Zone 1 teams also receive... - Weekly goalkeeper training (U11-U12)

Zone 2 (U13-U19)
- Staff- Three Directors (Technical, Boys, and Girls) oversee Zone 2 teams, providing curriculum development, technical and administrative support, coaching staff evaluation and development, game model implementation, and college recruiting support. - We assign each Zone 2 team a professional Head Coach, who is responsible for running every training session, coaching every game, and managing the team throughout the year. At the U15-U19 ages, the Head Coach is also responsible for supporting players through the college recruiting process. - Additional staff include Goalkeeper Trainers. 
- Training- ECNL RL teams train three times per week, except during the early fall season. During that time, U15-U19 teams are primarily off due to the high school season. - Gold teams train twice per week throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons. The top players on those teams who have interest in a third session may have the opportunity to join the ECNL RL team for some of its third sessions. 
- Competition- All U13-U14 teams play in fall and spring leagues, while U15-U19 teams only play a spring schedule (due to high school soccer). Teams also participate in 5-7 tournaments/showcases/cups. - League play consists of ECNL Regional League, EDP, APL, or CLS, depending on the level of the team. Tournaments include top local, regional, and national events, again dependent on the team's ability.
